Welcome to Hoke Spoke
A Personal Digital Library & Blog

After years of storing copies of my poems, stories, articles, and photos in boxes under my desk, in folders on my computer, or someplace in the cloud, I decided to collaborate with Patty, my life-long creative partner, to create personal digital websites for each of us. A place in the cloud where I can share my words and she her photos, old and new, with family, friends, and maybe a few followers.
Hoke Spoke Digital Library & Blog is my version and features just a few post with more to come in the months and hopefully years ahead. My goal is to create posts on a wide-range of topics and in many writing styles. Use the All-Posts list on the right to search different categories as well as past and current posts that appeal to your interests. Please feel free to share!
Located at the bottom of each post is a place to share Comments, which are welcome. Under Books, you’ll find PDFs of my published books poems and Haiku and a link to the 4th Edition of the Olympic Mountains Trail Guide I edited for Mountaineer Books. It was a 14-year labor of love and an honor to be part of the climbing and editorial team dedicated to preserving Bob Wood’s legacy.
My Digital Library & Blog will also include Random posts, photos, and video clips sent via mobile devices. These more spontaneous posts are designed to give you a reason to laugh, learn, and ponder. If you enjoy what you see and read, use the Subscribe link shown on the right or below for mobile devices, to sign-up to receive email alerts for new posts. Patty and I look forward to sharing this “non-business” creative collaboration and rescue these words and photos buried too long in folders! Happy Trails, Bill
